Effects of Cannabis
I understand that the use of cannabis may cause temporary impairment, including decreased cognitive ability. I further acknowledge that cannabis use may increase heart rate and/or decrease blood pressure.Safety and Use Restrictions
I agree that I will not drive, operate heavy machinery, or engage in any activity requiring full cognitive or motor function while under the influence of cannabis products.Personal Use Only
I understand that medical cannabis provided through BCC Direct is for my personal use only. Reselling, transferring, or sharing cannabis products with any other individual is strictly prohibited.Violation and Termination of Services
I acknowledge that if I am found to be reselling and/or sharing cannabis products, I will be permanently banned from all BCC Direct services.Legal Compliance
I understand that membership with BCC Direct does not grant permission to possess or transport cannabis and that I am solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.No Medical Guarantee
I acknowledge that BCC Direct makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of medical cannabis for my specific medical conditions and/or symptoms.Recordkeeping Authorization
I grant BCC Direct permission to retain copies of my submitted documentation on file in accordance with applicable laws and privacy standards.
